Hyperception is commercial software, licensed per seat, and is currently in private beta. AgentHarness (the work) ships as part of it. The source is licensed, not open. You may run the software on your own machines under your license; the product is the ongoing update stream, not the files on disk.

The software is provided as-is during the beta, without warranties. The complete terms, including license scope and data-processing details, are provided with your pilot agreement when you request access.
